but honestly, HAPPY 2023 NEWGROUNDS (AND EVERYONE IN GENERAL) !! As I am writing this, I am currently 1 year and 3 months old in this community and I know the situation in 2022 turned out better than from 2021, but having to be choked with the AGONY of highschool and personal problems hindered my activity in this sweet artistic escapade and most of my plans that I envisioned for 2022 back in 2021 barely went through. BUT HEYYY IT AIN'T OVER YET!! I SWORE TO MYSELF THAT I'LL REDEEM MYSELF AND STARTING THIS DAY, I'LL DO MY BEST TO BECOME MORE INTERACTIVE AND PASSIONATE HERE.. just like the good ole days from when I was just months old in Newgrounds. AAAAND AT THE SAME TIME, REDEEM MYSELF IN GENERAL (the only thing that'll prolly change for the worse would be my mental health BUT HEY LETS NOT THINK ABT THAT FOR NOW)

We all know 2020 was damned and 2021 was its successor, but let's all hope 2022 decides to break the chains of this pandemic so we won't have to stay in our homes 24/7 and actually do what we really wanted to do in the outside world.

And I'm glad that we finally were able to do what we want that the pandemic took away from us. Everyone's finally going outside, meeting other people, returning to productivity and much MORE!! I SWEAR THE PANDEMIC WAS A HUGE SHIT SHOW BUT WE MADE IT OUT ALIVE!! (for those who lost their love ones during the pandemic, know that they're (if not all, most) very proud of you for surviving a phenomena that happens once a lifetime)

Aside from that, I just wanna thank ya'll for 100 followers on Newgrounds!! It was my dream as a kid to be a well known artist and I know that my journey still has a long way to go, but there's gonna be a HUGE TON OF HARDSHIP AS WELL but hopefully I'll be able to go through all of em. Yes that's RIGHT!! Cheers to me for surviving again and being welcomed to a new start of my life!! It's been really tough but Im glad I have gone through all that shit just to come to where I am right now. It's crazy how time flies so fast doe, since I joined Newgrounds when I was 14 and now I'm 16. Idk if I should be happy because I'm getting older or scared because getting old sucks as well and we all know what dire consequences lies upon ahead, but I decided to do both because THAT'S THE EXPERIENCE!!

Also silly story regarding today at school: so basically my dumb ass decided to cry for the whole entirety of the morning because I was so anxious (by anxious I mean my class not greeting me the moment I entered the classroom nor my close friends messaging me as well) and stuff and then I went to the guidance counselor before lunch to vent about it and then I came back to the classroom to eat lunch and I was super anxious again that I cried to sleep.

I woke up at around 1:20 pm and then cried again then idk I didn't wanna stay in the classroom any longer so I ran to my friend's classroom and cried to him and then he accompanied me to my other friend's classroom and then I felt better afterwards and stayed there for a bit and played Pokemon Shield on the Switch Lite and watched DMC 5 cutscenes

I was gonna go back to my classroom but then one of my senior friends were drawing outside the door and then they greeted me and began talking about shit (DMC 5) and then as my classmates were leaving the classroom, I got greeted again by some of my classmates and ig I felt happy after that

idk I felt really stupid for crying IN MY SPECIAL DAY when I am supposed to be happy and the reason why I cried was just being anxious over the idea that my class didn't greet me and I shouldn't WORRY about that cuz over all I feel better now but Im still bitter at how I reacted to the situation but it's not a concern anymore

I was actually supposed to make art for my bday, but due to being SUPER BUSY AF IN SCHOOL, I sadly wasn't able to make one but hey!! There's next bday :))

(I'm writing this as I'm currently having a usual anxiety panic attack and I'm trying to calm down but over all I'll feel better LMAO)

Ah yes December, my favorite but super busy month

I used to have lots (and I mean) a lot of plans for this month, but due to being bombarded with school shit (research proposal and midterms next week) literally 7 days before our christmas break, I'm sad to say that I might not have that same creative energy from last year. But I kept my promise and I want to do it so bad.... I'll be posting as much as I can this month to make up for the weeks lost. Did I even mention that my bday is next week?? YEAH THAT'S WHY IM SUPER BUSY AS HELL!! I wanna make sure I get everything off my plate before my special day (I might possibly make some art for myself)

I sadly didn't join this year's Tankmas Adventure 2022 due to time constraints with my schedule, but YOU SHOULD REALLY CHECK IT OUT!! I joined this year's Secret Santa, so good luck to whoever got mine LOL,,,,, I'm also planning to make something special for this year's Peter The Ant Day (IT WILL BE AWESOME I SWEAR)

Out of Newgrounds, I wanted to make something special for the 35th Anniversary of the Megaman Franchise seeing that I've been hyperfixated to it out of love for almost the WHOLE YEAR (I started getting into the franchise back in December 9, 2021) and YOU KNOW WHAT'S CRAZIER???? THE 35TH ANNIVERSARY IS 2 DAYS AFTER MY BDAY... There are just those moments were I feel grateful being born on December 15. Personally it had it's ups and downs, but Megaman helped me when I went through so much stuff over the year and expanded my interests to other games

Now there may be much more to come but this is all I can think of right now to fit into my already silly cramped schedule. I feel like time flies too fast that you feel like you have everything perfectly balanced then the next second you're in shambles. It's natural. It happens to everyone, but that doesn't mean everyone can go through it alone. Hell, I still feel like I was the same person from last year. Shitty time management, very moody, kind off depressed, always jealous of everyone, and what other horrible traits I can throw to myself. But I'm always trying my best to become the better me than ever before. I promised to myself this will be my redemption year AND I WILL MAKE THAT HAPPEN

school started last week and as much as how I’ve been drawing at class, I really don’t have as much as much time as I used to to do more art :((( BUUUT if I can, I’m gonna make fanart for Madness Day 2022 because WHY AM I GONNA MISS IT?

I’m slowly finishing all my wips as well so for the time being, I’ll be posting mostly trad art on my twt for fun and hopefully I have WAY BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT NOW

also also I found out my school abolished the art club I joined in 7th grade yucky yucky so I need the strength and support to be able to bring it back so that the younger students will be able to experience all the fun just like I did with my friends during our junior years
